FLEX pillow (1 set)

I ordered this pillow for my side-sleeper wife. It has really helped her shoulders a lot. This pillow is extremely comfortable, offers a lot of much needed support, functions as advertised, and seems to be made with quality in mind. It is also the standard size for most pillowcases, so that was a nice surprise as well. My wife is sleeping much better with this pillow.

I was very skeptical of how a pillow could be comfortable with adjustable metal inside, and that made me really excited to check it out. I don't know how they managed it, but it's wonderful!

You can actually adjust your support level and it stays! You don't feel the hard inside parts unless you specifically try hard with your hands, and I can't feel it under my neck or face at all.

It's excellent quality, nice cool fabric and a sturdy zipper that zips easily. You can adjust it to be entirely flat or scrunched up however you like. I especially love that it doesn't scootch out of place if I move in my sleep.

That's some serious innovation, and to me it makes it worth the cost, no question. I would gift this pillow, and already have it in mind for a couple people for Christmas. Getting older doesn't feel great physically, but this pillow definitely helps ease some discomfort if you move a ton in your sleep, or struggle to maintain your perfect pillow position. Highly recommend.

I’m super picky when it comes to pillows because I have a desk job and sitting at my computer for 8+ hours a day hurts my neck and sleeping on an uncomfortable pillow becomes an impossible task for me. I toss and turn all night, my neck screaming at me through the whole night. I tried so many pillows I can’t even count.
My husband got me this pillow and looking at it I was really skeptical about its comfort levels because it’s very hefty and weighs a lot. Pillows are associated with lightness and fluffiness, right? So I thought, no way this contorted heavy-weight is going to do the job.
After another restless sleep I decided to give it a try. And I’m so happy I did. OMG! I had the best sleep in months. I slept like a baby.
I had to learn what works for me with this pillow, adjusting the level and arch but once you do you’ll realize its real potential.
Unlike other pillows, memory, combo, and down, this pillow has a metal carcass that is adjustable for support to your level of comfort. It sounds scary! (Metal carcass) but you don’t feel it at all, it’s so plush and soft.

I wish the size was a little bigger (it’s standard), it’s a little too small for my king size bed.

The price tag is a little hefty as well but it’s worth it if you’re struggling and have a neck pain like me.

The fact that you can bend and shape this pillow is super cool don’t get me wrong. But it’s so unbelievably thick there’s no point adjusting. I cannot imagine someone adding the extra padding that comes with it, it’s already way too tall. My head slips down off it and I wake up with it above my head and my head flat on the mattress because it’s so tall. For this crazy high price it’s certainly not worth it.

The pillow is great, let me start with that. It can be bent any way you need to provide the support you need. I was impressed that the poles inside did not feel like poles inside of a pillow. It was comfortable and very firm. However, when I tried to sleep on it I found I was moving it a lot in the middle of the night. I eventually removed all the poles, and it was still too firm for me. I actually use it now as a back pillow when sitting up in bed and it works well. I can't sleep with it because it is too firm, but I see how this could help with a person who needs the strong support. It is a bit pricey, but if you need this level of support it is worth it.
