What is the estimated delivery date for Kickstarter backers?

Backers will always receive the most up‑to‑date schedule through Kickstarter updates and email notifications.
How can I update my shipping address?
You can update your address directly in your Kickstarter survey until we lock addresses.
If your address changes afterward, contact our support team at [your support email] and we’ll help you manually update it before shipping.
Will I be charged additional taxes, duties, or VAT?
Depending on your country’s import rules, customs fees or VAT may apply.
We do our best to minimize these costs, but local taxes are determined by your customs authority, not by us.
How do I choose my product options (color, size, model)?
After the campaign ends, we will send a Backer Survey where you can select your preferred options.
If you don’t complete the survey, we cannot ship your reward—so please fill it out as soon as you receive it.
What if I missed the survey email?

Can I change my pledge level or add more items?
Once the campaign ends, pledge levels are locked.
However, you can add extra items through the Backer Survey add‑on system (if available).
